1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LegsJet website and the booking of Empty Leg flights made through our platform.  

By using this website or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms in full.

 

2. Nature of Our Service

LegsJet Ltd acts solely as an intermediary between the user (“Client”) and third-party air operators (“Operators”).  

We do not own, operate, or manage aircraft, nor do we provide any air transportation services directly.  

All flights are performed by licensed and certified air carriers that hold valid Air Operator Certificates (AOC).  

LegsJet’s role is to facilitate the connection between Clients and Operators, process payments on behalf of the Operator, and provide customer support related to the booking.

 

3. Booking Process and Confirmation

  1. All flight bookings made through LegsJet are subject to availability and final confirmation by the Operator.  
  2. Once a booking request and full payment are received, LegsJet will confirm the flight with the Operator within 24 hours.  
  3. If the Operator cannot confirm the flight for any reason, the Client will receive a full refund within 5 working days using the same payment method used for the booking.  
  4. Once confirmed, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.  
  5. The Client is responsible for providing correct passenger details, passport information, and any special requirements at the time of booking.

 

4. Prices and Payments

– All prices are quoted in the selected currency and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.  

– Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.  

– LegsJet reserves the right to correct any pricing errors prior to confirmation.  

– Any additional costs (ground handling, catering upgrades, airport fees, de-icing, etc.) are the responsibility of the Client and may be charged separately.

 

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

– Once confirmed, bookings are strictly non-refundable.  

– In the rare event that a flight cannot be operated due to technical, operational, or regulatory reasons, and no suitable alternative can be arranged, LegsJet will issue a full refund to the Client using the original payment method.  

– No additional compensation, consequential, or incidental damages will be owed to the Client beyond the paid amount.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:  

– Comply with all Operator rules, safety instructions, and applicable aviation laws.  

– Arrive at the designated airport or FBO (Fixed Base Operator) at least 30 minutes before departure time.  

– Hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits, etc.) as required for the itinerary.  

– Accept that flight times, routes, or aircraft type may vary depending on operational conditions.  

Failure to comply may result in denied boarding without refund.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

  1. LegsJet Ltd is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform caused by:  

   – Weather conditions, air traffic control, mechanical failures, or force majeure events.  

   – Acts or omissions of the Operator or third parties beyond LegsJet’s control.  

  1. Our liability shall, under all circumstances, be strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the booking in question.  
  2. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to missed connections, hotel costs, or loss of business.

 

8. Force Majeure

LegsJet and the Operator shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or extreme weather.  

In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule or refund the booking, subject to Operator policy.

 

9. Data Protection

All personal information provided by Clients will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  

LegsJet complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

 

11. Amendments

LegsJet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.  

The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply to that transaction.
